Perspective view of the Tran De Industrial Park project.

Tran De Industrial Park is one of the five key industrial parks in the province (along with An Nghiep, Dai Ngai, Song Hau, and My Thanh). It is also the second industrial park in Soc Trang and the first project where a private enterprise directly invested in infrastructure. With its strategic location, internal seaport system, and integrated infrastructure, the project is expected to create jobs for approximately 15,000 workers when it becomes operational.

2. Costs and incentives for leasing land in Tran De Industrial Park

  • Land lease price: approximately 85 – 90 USD/m² (until 2069)
