- Human resources:
As of 2021, the population of Long An province reached approximately 1.76 million people, of which the labor force accounted for more than 62%. The regional minimum wage applied in 2023 was VND 4,160,000/month, creating a competitive advantage in labor costs for businesses.
Proezi Long An Industrial Park is one of the largest-scale projects in the Mekong Delta region.
In particular, the Prodezi Eco-Industrial Park (Prodezi EIP) project commenced construction on March 12, 2025, aiming to build an environmentally friendly industrial park, becoming an ideal destination for businesses pursuing green production models, saving energy and reducing CO₂ emissions.
At the groundbreaking ceremony, the industrial park’s investor, Huong Viet Holding, signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Toho Gas – one of the top three gas corporations in Japan and a key partner of Phuc Sang Minh Technical Services Trading Joint Stock Company. This cooperation aims to provide modern energy solutions and amenities for the LA Home residential area and the Prodezi EIP Industrial Park, contributing to the completion of a sustainable development ecosystem for the entire region.
