1. Project overview and legal information
Phuc Son Industrial Park was established under Decision No. 1008/QD-UBND dated December 30, 2011 of the People’s Committee of Ninh Binh province, with a planning scale of 142 hectares. On December 14, 2016, the Provincial People’s Committee issued Decision No. 1708/QD-UBND approving the adjustment of the detailed planning at a scale of 1/500. Subsequently, Decision No. 927/QD-UBND dated July 14, 2017 and Decision No. 266/QD-UBND dated February 19, 2019 continued to adjust and complete the local planning of Phuc Son Industrial Park.
