The investment project for the construction and operation of technical infrastructure in Phan Thiet II Industrial Park was approved in principle by the Chairman of the People’s Committee of Binh Thuan province in 2005. On December 21, 2006, according to Decision No. 3296/QD-UBND, the People’s Committee of the province assigned Trung Nguyen Steel Co., Ltd. as the investor of the project. Subsequently, on April 10, 2007, the People’s Committee of the province further issued Decision No. 942/QD-UBND to approve the detailed construction plan for Phan Thiet II Industrial Park.

Corporate income tax incentives
