Nam Cam Industrial Park was established under Decision No. 3759/QD-UB.CN dated October 3, 2003 of the People’s Committee of Nghe An province. The detailed planning of the industrial park was then approved in Decision No. 2555/QD-UB.CN dated July 12, 2004, also issued by the People’s Committee of the province.
The project has a total planned area of 327 hectares, with a land use term of 50 years from the date of licensing. Nam Cam Industrial Park is divided into three main functional sub-areas: Area A, Area B and Area C. The unit assigned to invest and develop infrastructure is Nghe An Infrastructure Development Construction Investment Company Limited.
