The Hoa Hoi Industrial Park has a total investment of approximately VND 817.31 billion. It was established on July 21, 2009, and construction commenced just a few days later, on July 29, 2009. On June 3, 2016, the project received its initial investment certificate from the Binh Dinh Provincial Economic Zone Management Board, and it was subsequently amended for the second time on August 15, 2018.

The detailed planning of the industrial park has been approved and adjusted through several important decisions of the People’s Committee of Binh Dinh province, including:

  • Decision No. 506/QD-CTUBND dated March 1, 2007
  • Decision No. 3954/QD-UBND dated October 25, 2017 on adjusting the 1/2000 scale zoning plan
  • Decision No. 560/QD-UBND dated February 23, 2022 on partial adjustment of the zoning plan

After these adjustments, the area of ​​phase 1 of Hoa Hoi Industrial Park has been updated from 266.09 hectares to 265.46 hectares. Currently, the project has completed all necessary legal procedures, and the technical infrastructure is basically complete and ready to hand over the land to investors to implement the project.
