The Hoa Binh Industrial Park originated from the Hoa Binh Industrial Cluster (formerly the Nhi Thanh Industrial Cluster, renamed according to Investment Certificate No. 50121000065 issued on September 10, 2008). On August 4, 2011, the Long An Economic Zone Management Board issued Investment Certificate No. 50221000262 to Hoa Binh Infrastructure Construction Investment Joint Stock Company to implement the project, with a total investment capital of VND 592 billion on a planned area of 117.67 hectares, of which the industrial land for lease is 86.18 hectares.

Management fees are approximately VND 900/m²/month.
Annual land lease fees are applied according to the current regulations of the Long An Provincial People’s Committee.
Clean water prices are VND 11,750/m³ and may be adjusted according to the price list of Long An Water Supply Joint Stock Company.
Wastewater treatment fees are approximately VND 7,330/m³, and may vary depending on the characteristics of the incoming wastewater.
Electricity prices are calculated according to EVN regulations, plus a 10% industrial park management fee (applicable to factory tenants).

5. CURRENT STATUS OF INVESTMENT ATTRACTION AT HOA BINH INDUSTRIAL PARK
After more than 10 years of operation, Hoa Binh Industrial Park has completed its infrastructure system and attracted more than 32 domestic and foreign investment projects, achieving an occupancy rate of over 89% of the total area. The industrial park currently houses many prominent projects such as: the keychain manufacturing and processing project of ASG Global Co., Ltd. (South Korea); the pharmaceutical manufacturing project of Vietnam Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company; the suitcase and handbag manufacturing project of JS Vina Co., Ltd. (South Korea); the footwear accessories manufacturing project of Force Tech Co., Ltd. (China), along with many other projects.
