1. Project overview and legal information

Dong Van IV Industrial Park was formed from the strategic planning orientation of Ha Nam province, aiming to promote industrial development in the southern region of the Red River Delta.

Initially, on August 18, 2008, the Prime Minister approved the addition of the Ascendas – Protrade Industrial Park project (area of 300 hectares) to the planning of industrial parks of Ha Nam province. Then, this area was renamed Kim Bang Industrial Park on December 22, 2014. By 2016, the project was officially named Dong Van IV Industrial Park and was assigned to Viglacera Corporation – JSC as the investor.

On August 5, 2016, the People’s Committee of Ha Nam province approved the detailed construction planning at a scale of 1/2,000 in Decision No. 1188/QD-UBND, and officially established the Industrial Park under Decision No. 1778/QD-UBND dated November 7, 2016. The Industrial Park has a scale of 300 hectares, planned in Dai Cuong, Nhat Tan and Nhat Tuu communes of Kim Bang district, Ha Nam province, with an operating period of 50 years from the date of establishment.
