1. Project overview and legal information

Dong Van III Supporting Industrial Park is located in Dong Van town, Duy Tien district, Ha Nam province, and was established with the goal of serving the development of high-tech industry and supporting industry in the region.

Initially named ITAHAN Industrial Park, the project was approved by the Prime Minister to be added to the planning of industrial parks in Vietnam according to Document No. 1350/TTg-KTN dated August 15, 2008 with a scale of 300 hectares. On December 22, 2014, the industrial park was officially renamed Dong Van III Supporting Industrial Park according to Document No. 2628/TTg-KTN.

Ha Nam province approved the 1/200 scale zoning plan with a research area of ​​more than 450 hectares on December 24, 2012. Phase I of the project, with an area of ​​131.59 hectares, was approved for investment by the Prime Minister on March 23, 2017. Phase II with a scale of 168.41 hectares was approved for investment on September 20, 2019, with a total capital of more than VND 1,272 billion. Recently, on April 20, 2022, the Prime Minister continued to approve the addition of 223 hectares, bringing the total scale of the industrial park to 523 hectares.

Currently, Taseco Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company (Taseco Land) is the official investor, managing and developing the entire technical infrastructure of the industrial park.

The roadbed system is leveled to a minimum elevation of +3.5m, ensuring stable operation and preventing flooding.
  • Electricity system:
    The power source in the industrial park is guaranteed to be stable and continuous thanks to two 110kV transformer stations, Dong Van and Dong Van III, operated by the Northern High Voltage Grid Company. The arrangement of two stations operating simultaneously helps to minimize the risk of power outages, increasing the reliability of production activities.
  • Water supply system:
    Clean water is supplied from Water Plant No. 01 (capacity 60,000m³/day and night) and Moc Bac Water Plant (capacity 200,000m³/day and night), transmitted through a HDPE pipeline system with diameters from 100 to 300mm, directly connected to each plot of land, ensuring a stable water source for both production and daily life.
  • Wastewater treatment system:
    The industrial park operates a wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 7,750m³/day and night, managed by DUCAN Environmental Technology Joint Stock Company. Wastewater is collected through a reinforced concrete circular sewer system, treated to meet environmental standards, and a part after treatment is reused for watering plants and washing roads, contributing to saving resources and protecting the environment.
  • Telecommunication system:
    Modern communication system is established with the control center located at the main operation house, underground cables connecting to each factory and production facility, ensuring smooth and high-speed information.
  • Fire prevention:
    The fire protection system is scientifically arranged, with fire hydrants located at intersections, about 120m between hydrants, directly connected from the main water supply pipeline, helping to quickly handle any fire incidents.
  • Rainwater drainage system:
    Using reinforced concrete round culverts, with collection and inspection stations, ensuring effective collection of rainwater and leading it to the main drainage channels in the North, East and West of the industrial park, minimizing flooding during heavy rains.
