Diem Thuy Industrial Park – Zone B was approved by the Prime Minister on October 8, 2009 under Document No. 1854/TTg-KTN, under the plan to adjust and supplement industrial parks in Thai Nguyen province until 2015 and development orientation until 2020. The project is planned in Diem Thuy commune, Thai Nguyen province, with a total area of 350 hectares, divided into two zones:
- Diem Thuy A Industrial Park: Area of 180 hectares, approved for detailed planning under Decision No. 1084/QD-UBND dated May 18, 2009, with Thai Nguyen Industrial Park Management Board as the investor.
- Diem Thuy B Industrial Park: Area of 170 ha, approved for detailed construction planning adjustment in Decision No. 250/QD-UBND dated January 21, 2020 of Thai Nguyen Provincial People’s Committee, invested by APEC Thai Nguyen Investment Joint Stock Company.
