An Phat 1 Industrial Park is a project that continues the success of the investor of An Phat Complex Industrial Park, developed in a strategic location with convenient traffic connections. An Phat 1 Industrial Park was approved for planning by the People’s Committee of Hai Duong province under Decision No. 970/QD-UBND dated April 17, 2020, with a total planning area of 180 hectares, of which 130.74 hectares is industrial land – accounting for 72.64% of the total area of the whole area.
Then, on February 17, 2021, the Project to invest in construction and business of technical infrastructure of Quoc Tuan – An Binh Industrial Park (another name of An Phat 1 Industrial Park) was approved in Decision No. 212/QD-TTg signed by the Deputy Prime Minister. The project has a total investment capital of VND 1,947 billion, invested by An Phat 1 High-Tech Industrial Park Joint Stock Company, with an operating period of 50 years (from 2021 to 2071).
On March 2, 2021, according to Decision No. 681/QD-UBND of Hai Duong Provincial People’s Committee, An Phat 1 Industrial Park was officially established, with planning locations spread across the communes of Quoc Tuan, An Binh and An Lam, Nam Sach district, Hai Duong province.

4.4. Internal traffic system
The traffic system in An Phat 1 Industrial Park is systematically planned, ensuring convenient circulation. The main axis road has a cross-section of 42 m and 38 m wide, with a roadbed consisting of 2 lanes of 7.5 m wide on each side. The internal branch roads have a cross-section of 19 m to 21 m, with a roadbed of 11 m wide. All roads are fully equipped with sidewalks, trees and lighting systems on both sides, meeting modern and environmentally friendly infrastructure standards.
4.5. Fire prevention and fighting system
Fire hydrants are arranged along the route with a radius of 100-150 m/1 hydrant, responding well and promptly handling incidents when needed in the industrial park.
4.6. Other infrastructure facilities
In addition to the main infrastructure system, An Phat 1 Industrial Park also invests in synchronous support items such as communication systems, solid waste collection – classification – treatment, ensuring efficient and environmentally friendly operation. The rainwater drainage system is designed to be completely separate from the wastewater system, combined with a drainage pump system and a ground leveling height from +2.70m to +3.20m, helping the industrial park maintain fast drainage and optimal flood prevention.
