The following fees apply within the industrial park:

• Infrastructure management and maintenance fee: 0.5 USD/m²/year
• Raw land lease fee (annual): Based on the price set by the People’s Committee of Thua Thien Hue province
• Electricity price: Ranging from 0.03 – 0.1 USD/kWh, depending on the usage timeframe
• Water price: 0.4 USD/m³
• Wastewater treatment fee: 0.28 USD/m³, where the amount of wastewater is calculated as 80% of the total water consumption

VSIP II Quang Ngai Industrial Park is located within the Dung Quat Economic Zone, therefore investors are entitled to all preferential policies as stipulated for economic zones. Specifically:

• Corporate income tax incentives:

Businesses are exempt from tax for the first 4 years from the date of taxable income, and then receive a 50% reduction in tax payable for the following 9 years. The preferential tax rate applied is 10% for a period of 15 years.

• Import tax incentives:
  Tax exemption for imported goods used to create fixed assets for the project. Additionally, raw materials, supplies, and semi-finished products not produced domestically, when imported for production purposes, will be tax-exempt for 5 years from the date the project becomes operational.
