The Tuy Phong Industrial Park’s detailed construction plan at a scale of 1/2000 was approved by the People’s Committee of Binh Thuan Province according to Decision No. 3586/QD-UBND dated December 26, 2008. Subsequently, the project was officially established according to Document No. 1441/TTg-KTN dated August 24, 2009 of the Prime Minister and Decision No. 3563/QD-UBND dated December 31, 2013 of the People’s Committee of Binh Thuan Province, and was granted Investment Certificate No. 48221000088 on the same day.
With a total investment of over 370 billion VND (equivalent to over 18 million USD), the Tuy Phong Industrial Park covers an area of 150 hectares and has a land use term until December 31, 2063.

Service fees at Tuy Phong Industrial Park are applied as follows:

4. Infrastructure System
The Tuy Phong Industrial Park is planned on a geological foundation favorable for construction, with an average bearing capacity of approximately 2.5 kg/cm². The terrain is relatively flat, with a leveling slope of about 0.5% and a natural slope of about 0.8%, suitable for the development of technical infrastructure.
Currently, approximately 75% of the industrial park’s area has been leveled. Basic infrastructure items such as the transportation system (N2A, D1, D2, D3, N1 routes), drainage system, and main gate have been implemented. Simultaneously, investment procedures for the wastewater treatment plant, water supply system, and administrative area are being finalized.
Main technical infrastructure:
- Internal transportation: The main arterial road has a width of 35m, internal routes are 24-28m wide, designed with 4 lanes, and a load capacity of H30, ensuring convenient circulation for container trucks and other transport vehicles.
- Electrical System: Power supply from a 110/22kV substation with a capacity of approximately 40 MW, with the potential for upgrading when demand increases.
- Water Supply: An on-site water treatment plant with a capacity of 7,500 m³/day, featuring main pipelines with diameters of 200–300mm and branch lines of 100–150mm.
- Drainage: The rainwater drainage system utilizes reinforced concrete pipes, ensuring efficient drainage for the entire area.
- Wastewater Treatment: Designed capacity of 4,000 m³/day, with 2,000 m³/day already invested in Phase 1. Wastewater from businesses is treated internally to meet standard B (QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT), then undergoes centralized treatment to meet standard A before being discharged into the environment.
- Fire safety: Fire hydrants are spaced approximately 150m apart, with a pipe diameter of 100mm, ensuring safety throughout the entire area.
- Telecommunications: Modern fiber optic infrastructure, high-speed internet, and postal and telecommunications services are provided by VNPT Binh Thuan.
- Other amenities: A parking area of approximately 19,000 m² is available to serve the needs of businesses and employees.
