Tam Thang Industrial Park is one of the industrial parks within the Chu Lai Open Economic Zone, included in the master plan approved by the Prime Minister under Decision No. 43/2004/QD-TTg dated March 23, 2004, and also approved by the Management Board of Economic Zones and Industrial Parks of Quang Nam province. This industrial park has a detailed plan with a total area of ​​197.1 hectares.

2. Costs and incentives for leasing land in Tam Thang Industrial Park

– Infrastructure management and maintenance fee: approximately US$0.25/m²/year (excluding VAT).

– Water price: calculated according to the price announcement of the corresponding water supply unit at the time of use.

  • Regarding corporate income tax: A preferential tax rate of 10% is applied for a period of 15 years; tax exemption for the first 4 years from the date taxable income is generated and a 50% reduction in the tax payable for the following 9 years.
