1. Project overview and legal information
According to Decision No. 1107/QD-TTg dated August 21, 2006 of the Prime Minister, Phu Ninh Industrial Park was approved with an estimated planning scale of about 100 hectares. Initially, this area was oriented to develop on the basis of expanding Tu Da Industrial Cluster with an area of 33 hectares.
Afterwards, Vietnam – Korea Joint Stock Company, the investor, proposed to expand by 66 hectares, bringing the total area to more than 100 hectares and officially establishing Phu Ninh Industrial Park. The total investment capital for the project is estimated at about 224 billion VND.
