The Northwest Dong Hoi Industrial Park was approved by the Quang Binh Provincial People’s Committee with a detailed planning map at a scale of 1/2000 according to Decision No. 745/QD-UB dated April 17, 2002. Subsequently, the industrial park was officially established according to Decision No. 10/2005/QD-UBND dated March 4, 2005, and further expanded according to Decision No. 2476/QD-UB dated August 25, 2003.

The project has a total investment capital of approximately VND 79.44 million and is implemented on an area of ​​66.32 hectares. Of this, approximately 41 hectares are used for factory construction, with the remaining area allocated to the administrative area, green spaces, water features, and transportation infrastructure.
