Nhon Trach V Industrial Park was established by Decision No. 3578/QD-CT.UBT dated October 6, 2003, of the People’s Committee of Dong Nai Province and its detailed planning was approved by the Ministry of Construction in Decision No. 5378/QD-BXD dated November 1, 2004. During its implementation, the project’s detailed planning at a scale of 1/2000 was adjusted several times by decisions of the People’s Committee of Dong Nai Province in 2008, 2016, 2019, and 2021.
According to the current plan, Nhon Trach V Industrial Park has a total area of 309.45 hectares, of which 215.51 hectares are designated for industrial production. The project officially commenced operations in 2004.

- Power Supply System:
The industrial park is equipped with a 110/22KV transformer substation with a total capacity of 126 MVA, along with a completed internal power grid extending to the factory fences. The 110KV power supply comes from three main sources: the Long Binh 220/110KV substation, the Phu My gas power plant, and the Ham Thuan – Da Mi hydropower plant, ensuring continuous 24/7 power supply for investors.

Clean water is supplied by IDICO Urban and Industrial Park Development Co., Ltd., extracted from the Tuy Ha groundwater plant with a capacity of approximately 11,000 m³/day, meeting the production and living needs of the industrial park. - Wastewater Treatment System:
The wastewater treatment plant covers an area of 3.33 hectares, with a total approved capacity of 20,000 m³/day, divided into 5 phases (each phase 4,000 m³/day). Currently, 4 phases have been completed with a total capacity of 16,000 m³/day, along with an emergency reservoir with a capacity of 42,174 m³ (divided into 2 reservoirs), ensuring treatment capacity and environmental safety.
