With a total investment of approximately VND 1,219 billion, My Phuoc 3 Industrial Park is developed on an area of 997.71 hectares, of which 655.69 hectares are allocated for industrial production. The industrial park officially commenced operations in 2007 and is one of the pioneering projects in Vietnam to apply the mixed-use industrial park model. Accordingly, it focuses not only on manufacturing but also integrates service, commercial, urban, and residential functions, contributing to sustainable development and shaping the formation of an industrial city in the northern part of Binh Duong province.

The project has a total planned area of 190.76 hectares and officially commenced operations in 1999. To date, the industrial park has leased 133.10/133.67 hectares of industrial land, achieving an occupancy rate of approximately 99.57%. The industrial park has attracted 70 domestic and foreign investors, with Taiwanese businesses accounting for the largest proportion (45%), followed by South Korea (18%), Vietnam (28%), along with investors from Japan, Hong Kong, Thailand, China, etc.
Businesses here operate in various fields such as textiles, yarn spinning, garment manufacturing, mechanical engineering, packaging production, household goods, rubber products, etc., and most have achieved positive business results. The success of these investors has significantly contributed to the economic restructuring process of Tay Ninh province towards industrialization and modernization.

The internal road system has a width of 25m (15m wide asphalt road, 5m wide sidewalks on each side), capable of handling heavy loads of 40–60 tons/vehicle, facilitating goods transportation. - Electricity Supply System:
Electricity is supplied from the national power grid via two 22kV lines, Tan Dinh – My Phuoc and Ben Cat – My Phuoc, directly connected to each plot of land. The transformer substation capacity reaches 126 MVA (phase 1), 200 MVA (phase 2), and is expected to reach 500 MVA (phase 3). - Clean Water Supply System:
