Mong Hoa Industrial Park was approved by the People’s Committee of Hoa Binh province in Decision No. 1505/QD-UBND dated August 6, 2009 and approved the detailed construction planning at a scale of 1/500 according to Decision No. 714/QD-UBND dated May 4, 2011. On August 10, 2018, the Provincial People’s Committee continued to approve the adjustment of the detailed planning at a scale of 1/500 in Decision No. 1896/QD-UBND.
