Lien Ha Thai Industrial Park (GREEN iP-1), also known as Lien Ha Thai Industrial Park – Urban – Service, belongs to the Northern subdivision of Thai Binh Economic Zone. The project was approved by the Prime Minister in Decision No. 180/QD-TTg dated February 8, 2021 and officially established under Decision No. 464/QD-UBND dated February 17, 2021 of the People’s Committee of Thai Binh province.
Lien Ha Thai Industrial Park is located in Thuy Lien commune and Diem Dien town, Thai Thuy district, Thai Binh province, within the master plan of Thai Binh Economic Zone. The project has a total area of 807.88 hectares, of which:
- 588.84 hectares for industrial park,
- 219.04 hectares for urban – service area.
Investor: Green I-Park Joint Stock Company (GIP) – a reputable infrastructure development unit in Vietnam.
