Hoang Mai 1 Industrial Park – Nghe An was approved by the Prime Minister in Decision No. 276/QD-TTg dated February 26, 2021. Then, in March 2021, Nghe An Provincial People’s Committee issued Decision No. 923/QD-UBND adjusting the overall planning of the industrial park, reducing the scale from 289.67 hectares to 264.77 hectares.
Of the total planning area, the land reserved for industrial construction accounts for about 68.34%, equivalent to 180.95 hectares. The project investor is Hoang Thinh Dat Joint Stock Company, with a land use term of 50 years from the date of licensing.
