1. Project overview and legal information

The Ho Nai Industrial Park received approval from the Prime Minister for investment in the construction and operation of technical infrastructure under Decision No. 278/1997/QD-TTg issued on April 8, 1998, with a total investment of approximately VND 194.3 billion.

This is one of the large-scale industrial parks in Dong Nai province, located in the eastern part of Bien Hoa City. The industrial park covers a total area of ​​495.85 hectares, of which approximately 59% is allocated for industrial production. The project is divided into two phases: phase 1 covers 225.71 hectares with a land use term until May 2048; phase 2 covers 270.14 hectares with a land use term until May 2065.
