3. Geographical location
The outstanding advantage of Hiep Phuoc Industrial Park compared to many other industrial parks in Ho Chi Minh City is its location, which is directly connected to a deep-water port within its premises, and also directly linked to important transportation routes such as roads, expressways, and the national and international transportation network, including Ring Road 3, Ring Road 4, Nguyen Huu Tho Road, and Vo Van Kiet Boulevard. Therefore, the industrial park plays a crucial role as a major trading hub not only for Ho Chi Minh City but also for the entire Southern key economic region and the Mekong Delta.
From Hiep Phuoc Industrial Park, travel to key areas is convenient:
- Located near the city center… Ho Chi Minh City is approximately 18 km away.
- Tan Son Nhat Airport is approximately 25 km away.

- The Ben Luc – Long Thanh Expressway is approximately 2 km away.
- Hiep Phuoc Port is approximately 1 km away.
- Saigon Hiep Phuoc Port is approximately 3 km away.
- Phu My Hung urban area is approximately 10 km away.
Furthermore, the deep-water port system within the industrial park is directly connected to the inland and international waterway network via the Long Tau and Soai Rap channels, allowing ships easy access to international shipping routes. Simultaneously, the Vam Co River facilitates the transportation of goods to the Mekong Delta provinces and expands connections to the Cambodian market, creating favorable conditions for logistics and import/export activities.
4. Infrastructure system
Internal Transportation
The transportation system is modernly planned, directly connecting to the North-South axis of Ho Chi Minh City with an 8-lane capacity. From Hiep Phuoc Industrial Park, travel to the Mekong Delta provinces is convenient via Ring Road 3, Ring Road 4, and the Southern regional expressway network.Notably, the area currently has 3 international seaports: Tan Cang – Hiep Phuoc (15 ha), Saigon Central International Container Port – SPCT (40 ha), and Saigon – Hiep Phuoc Port (54 ha). In the future, when the inner-city ports are relocated to the downstream Hiep Phuoc port area (approximately 384.7 ha) combined with phase 3 of the industrial park (approximately 392.8 ha), this area will become a large-scale logistics and goods transshipment center for the entire region.
Electrical System
The power supply is provided and managed by the Vietnam Electricity Group (EVN), ensuring continuous 24/7 operation with high stability, effectively serving production activities. Electricity is supplied from the 500 kV national grid through the Nha Be substation, with a voltage of 22 kV and a frequency of 50 Hz.Water Supply System
The water supply network is implemented by the industrial park investor to each land plot, ready to serve the factories. The total water supply capacity of the entire system reaches approximately 40,000 – 45,000 m³/day, meeting the water quality standards as prescribed by the Ministry of Health (QCVN 01:2009/BYT).Wastewater Treatment System
