The Ham Kiem II Industrial Park received detailed planning approval under Decision No. 3223/QD-UBND dated December 13, 2006, from the People’s Committee of Binh Thuan Province. Subsequently, the project underwent several adjustments to align with development orientations, specifically in Decision No. 126/QD-UBND dated January 18, 2012, Decision No. 1505/QD-UBND dated August 7, 2012, and Decision No. 3126/QD-UBND dated September 22, 2014, regarding the adjustment of the detailed construction plan.
The project officially commenced on February 28, 2008. After more than seven years of implementation, the industrial park is gradually completing its technical infrastructure system and actively attracting investors to increase its occupancy rate. Currently, the total area of Ham Kiem II Industrial Park is 402.06 hectares, a decrease of 31.2 hectares compared to the original size of 433.26 hectares.

Internal transportation: The internal road system is designed with widths of 44m, 32m, and 24m, with asphalt concrete surfaces and H30 load capacity according to Vietnamese standards, ensuring smooth traffic flow for vehicles.
Construction units are urgently completing the infrastructure at the Ham Kiem II – Bita’s Industrial Park Project according to the schedule committed by the investor.
Power Supply System: Electricity is supplied from the 110kV national power grid, with two substations totaling 126 MVA, ensuring stable production needs for businesses.
Water Supply System: Businesses in the industrial park are supplied with water from the Phan Thiet Water Treatment Plant with a capacity of 39,792 m³/day, ensuring sufficient water for production and daily life.
Wastewater Treatment System: The wastewater treatment area covers 6 hectares, with a designed capacity of 24,000 m³/day. Phase 1 has been completed with a capacity of 2,500 m³/day and has been operational since Q4/2012, with the possibility of upgrading capacity as needed. By 2025, Neotek Vietnam Co., Ltd. had leased land plots C1.7 to C1.12 in Cluster 1 to develop the Neotek Vietnam Industrial Plant project with a total area of 13.23 hectares and an investment capital of over VND 2,200 billion. The project officially commenced on May 11, 2025, and is expected to create jobs for approximately 1,000 workers upon completion.
