  • Electricity supply: uses a 110/22kV transformer station with a capacity of 1x63MVA, ensuring stable production needs.
  • Clean water supply: water is supplied from the Hong Linh Water Treatment Plant with a capacity of approximately 1,155 m³/day.
  • Wastewater treatment: a centralized treatment system with a capacity of 1,000 m³/day; rainwater and wastewater collection systems are designed separately.
  • Fire protection: installed according to current standards, fire hydrants are located at internal traffic intersections.
