1. Project Overview and Legal Information
Dong Mai Industrial Park was approved by the Prime Minister under Decision No. 1107/QD-TTg dated August 21, 2006, with an initial planning area of 200 hectares. Then, on April 17, 2008, the People’s Committee of Quang Ninh province officially approved the project in Decision No. 2267/QD-UBND.
The project is invested by Viglacera Infrastructure Development Investment Company with a total capital of more than VND 1,200 billion. After many planning adjustments, the current area of Dong Mai Industrial Park is 167.86 hectares, of which the industrial land area for lease is 124.17 hectares.
