Dong An II Industrial Park is being developed with a comprehensive and modern infrastructure system to meet the production and business needs of domestic and foreign investors, specifically as follows:

• Internal Transportation:
  The internal road system has a width of 22–30m, with terrazzo-paved sidewalks. The transportation network is planned in a grid pattern, with main axes running North-South and East-West, creating convenience in movement and connection to each factory. High-pressure lighting is installed along the roads, ensuring sufficient lighting throughout the area.
• Electricity Supply System:
  Electricity is supplied stably through the national power grid, with a 22kV medium-voltage power line running along the roads. The power system is designed as a double-loop circuit, ensuring continuous power supply to businesses. Current capacity is approximately 54 MW/day and can be expanded to 120 MW/day.
• Clean Water Supply System:
  Clean water is supplied directly to the boundaries of each plot of land, with a capacity of approximately 20,000 m³/day, fully meeting the needs of the factories.
• Service and Utility Infrastructure:
  • Banks and ATMs are located within the industrial park, facilitating convenient financial transactions.
  • A customs area, bonded warehouse, and storage area spanning nearly 10 hectares serve logistics operations.
  • Professional security forces operate 24/7, ensuring order and safety throughout the area.
  • A dedicated fire fighting team, along with a system of fire hydrants along the roads, are ready to respond to incidents.
  • Amenities include villas, hotels, restaurants, swimming pools, and sports fields to serve experts and workers.
  • Housing for workers, experts, and management staff is under development, contributing to the completion of the working and living ecosystem within the industrial park.
