- Raw land lease fee (annual): In accordance with the regulations of the Da Nang City People’s Committee
- Electricity price: Ranging from US$0.03 – US$0.1/kWh, depending on the usage timeframe
- Water price: US$0.4/m³
- Wastewater treatment fee: US$0.28/m³, where the amount of wastewater is calculated equivalent to 80% of the total water consumption
Investment incentives
– Corporate income tax:
A preferential tax rate of 10% is applied for the first 15 years; tax exemption for the first 2 years and a 50% reduction in tax payable for the following 4 years.
– Import tax:
Imported machinery and equipment used for the creation of fixed assets are exempt from import tax.
