The Bau Bang Industrial Park was approved by the Prime Minister in Decision No. 566/TTg-CN dated May 10, 2007, with a total investment of approximately VND 1,570 billion. The project officially commenced in Q1 2014 and began operations in March 2015.

2. Costs and Incentives of Bau Bang Industrial Park
- Electricity price: Applied according to the tariff schedule issued by EVN.
- Clean water price: Approximately 0.4 USD/m³.
- Wastewater treatment fee: Approximately 0.28 USD/m³.
- Management fee: Implemented according to the regulations of the Provincial People’s Committee and the Industrial Park Management Board.
- Corporate income tax: Exempt for the first two years and a 50% reduction in tax payable for the following four years.
