2. Costs and Incentives of Bau Bang Industrial Park

Electricity price: Applied according to the tariff schedule issued by EVN.
Clean water price: Approximately 0.4 USD/m³.
Wastewater treatment fee: Approximately 0.28 USD/m³.
Management fee: Implemented according to the regulations of the Provincial People’s Committee and the Industrial Park Management Board.
Corporate income tax: Exempt for the first two years and a 50% reduction in tax payable for the following four years.
