According to the Vinh Long provincial planning for the period 2021–2030, the area of this industrial park will continue to remain stable at 200 hectares until 2030.

On May 12, 2020, the People’s Committee of Vinh Long province issued Decision No. 1130/QD-UBND approving the 1/2000 scale zoning plan for the An Dinh Industrial Park. Accordingly, the total planned area is 200 hectares, of which industrial land for lease accounts for approximately 147 hectares (equivalent to 73.5%). The industrial park is located in An Phuoc commune, Mang Thit district. Regarding its boundaries, the northeast side is approximately 200 meters from Provincial Road 902 and borders a residential area; The southeastern side borders District Road 34B; the southwestern side borders Road 33B; and the northwestern side borders Dinh Thoi A Road.

An Dinh Industrial Park is oriented as a multi-sector industrial park, prioritizing the attraction of sectors such as agricultural and food processing, fruit and vegetable processing, seafood, and livestock products; consumer goods manufacturing, textiles, handicrafts; electronics assembly; packaging production; pharmaceuticals and cosmetics; mining and production of construction materials; warehousing services; and industries with low pollution levels.
