Lap Thach I Industrial Park, located in Lap Thach town and Xuan Loi commune (Lap Thach district, Vinh Phuc province), is one of the industrial development projects approved by the Prime Minister to be added to the provincial planning according to Official Dispatch No. 1581/TTg dated September 3, 2009, with an initial planned scale of about 150 hectares.

On May 11, 2015, the Vinh Phuc Provincial People’s Committee issued Decision No. 1203/QD-UBND approving the detailed planning at a scale of 1/500 for the project, in which the official area was adjusted down to 128.4643 hectares. This adjustment is to eliminate unsuitable areas such as residential areas, landfills and vocational training centers. Of the total area mentioned above, the land for lease for industrial development accounts for about 89.9 hectares, equivalent to nearly 70% of the total planning area.

  • Wastewater treatment system: The centralized wastewater treatment plant has a current capacity of 8,000 m³/day and night, treated to type A standards according to QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT, ensuring environmental safety before discharge.
  • Solid waste treatment system: All industrial and domestic waste is collected, classified and treated in accordance with current regulations, contributing to maintaining a green and clean production environment.
  • Telecommunications system: Fully equipped with technical infrastructure such as fiber optic cable, ADSL, landline telephone. Cable lines are installed underground under the sidewalk, connecting directly to each plot of land in the industrial park.
  • Fire protection system: Fire hydrants are arranged along main roads, with an average distance of 120 – 150m. Using low pressure water system, ensuring timely response in case of fire or explosion.
