• Wastewater treatment: The wastewater treatment plant has a capacity of 5,000 m³/day and night, applying MBBR biological technology according to the AO process, ensuring that the output wastewater meets type A according to QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT.
• Telecommunications: The telecommunications infrastructure meets international standards, ready to serve communication needs and apply high technology in production operations.
• Security: The security system is deployed throughout the area, operating 24/7 to ensure absolute safety for investors.
• Fire prevention and fighting: Fully equipped and operating 24/7, ensuring timely handling of arising incidents, minimizing damage.
• Business support services: The “one-stop” model quickly supports procedures such as investment licensing, business establishment, tax code registration, human resources and seal engraving – helping businesses quickly go into stable operation.
