The Xay Da B Industrial Park was established according to Decision No. 1499/QD-UBND dated June 26, 2017, of the People’s Committee of Soc Trang province. This is a pioneering industrial cluster in Chau Thanh district and Soc Trang province, invested with 100% FDI capital, marking a new stage in attracting industrial investment to the locality.

1. Project overview and legal information
With a total investment of approximately VND 888 billion, the Xay Da B Industrial Park is planned on an area of 53.9 hectares. In the future, the project has the potential to expand to 75 hectares to meet the needs of production development and attract more businesses to invest.

According to the plan, the project is expected to be inaugurated and officially put into operation in early April 2025. Upon completion and reaching the planned occupancy rate, the Xay Da B Industrial Cluster is expected to create jobs for approximately 5,000 workers and become an important driving force for Soc Trang province to continue attracting investment and promoting sustainable economic development in the future.

3. Geographical location of the Stone Construction Industrial Park B
The Xay Da B Industrial Park boasts a significant geographical advantage, situated right next to National Highway 1A, bordering Hau Giang province, and approximately 40 km from the center of Can Tho city. Thanks to its convenient transportation network, the transport of raw materials and the flow of goods are rapid, creating optimal conditions for the production and business activities of enterprises investing here. In the future, along with the development of the industrial cluster, Soc Trang province plans to invest in expanding the road connecting the project to National Highway 1A to improve traffic capacity and ensure convenient and smooth vehicle movement.
4. Infrastructure System
The Xay Da B Industrial Park began land leveling and infrastructure construction in February 2023. After nearly eight years of project implementation, by March 2025, the entire technical infrastructure of the industrial cluster was 100% completed.
The infrastructure items were invested in comprehensively, including a complete internal transportation system with a main road 16 meters wide and sidewalks 3 meters wide on both sides; internal roads 7 meters wide, directly connecting to each plot of land for factory construction, accompanied by sidewalks 3 meters wide on each side. In addition, the project is fully equipped with lighting systems, landscaping, rainwater drainage, domestic water supply, wastewater collection and treatment, fire protection systems, protective fences, guard houses, and many other supporting technical items, meeting the operational and production requirements of businesses.
5. Businesses operating in the Xay Da B Industrial Park
In early 2025, to kickstart production at the Xay Da B Industrial Park, Dintsun Vietnam Co., Ltd. plans to invest in building a garment factory, creating jobs for approximately 1,000-1,500 local workers.
