1. Project overview and legal information

Phu My II Expanded Industrial Park was established according to Decision No. 2504/QD-UBND dated July 25, 2008, of the People’s Committee of Ba Ria – Vung Tau province. It is currently located in Tan Phuoc and Phuoc Hoa wards, Phu My town, Ba Ria – Vung Tau province.

1. Corporate income tax:

The standard tax rate applied is 20%.

2. Tax Incentives:

The enterprise enjoys a preferential tax rate of 17% for 10 consecutive years, starting from the first year of revenue generation from the project. After the incentive period ends, the tax rate will revert to the general rate of 20%.

3. Tax Exemption and Reduction:

  • The enterprise is exempt from tax for the first two years and receives a 50% reduction in tax payable for the following four years, starting from the year of taxable income.
  • The incentive period is calculated continuously from the first year of taxable income generation from the project.
  • If the enterprise does not generate taxable income within the first three years after revenue generation, the tax exemption and reduction period will be calculated from the fourth year.

4. Import Tax:
Businesses are exempt from import tax on imported goods that are eligible for preferential treatment under the law, based on the Law on Export and Import Taxes No. 45/2005/QH11 and Government Decree No. 87/2010/ND-CP.

Phu My II Expanded Industrial Park (IDICO) boasts a favorable location near important deep-water port clusters such as Cai Mep, Phu My, SP-PSA, SITV… These ports are capable of receiving large vessels ranging from 80,000 DWT to over 200,000 DWT, situated on one of the busiest international shipping routes in the region and the world. Simultaneously, the modern loading and unloading equipment and standard warehouses optimize logistics operations.   • The main D3 road has a width of 63 m, of which the road surface for vehicles is 24 m wide, and the median strip is 3 m wide.

  • Electricity is supplied from the national power grid, managed by Phu My Town Power Company or Ba Ria – Vung Tau Provincial Power Company.
