The industrial park’s infrastructure is comprehensively invested and effectively meets production needs:
- Electricity supply: The industrial park is equipped with two 110/22kV substations with a total capacity of 50 MVA, ensuring stable electricity supply for the entire area.
- Water supply: Water is supplied from the Phu Bai Water Treatment Plant via a D50 pipeline system, with a capacity of approximately 15,000 m³/day.
- Communications: Modern telecommunications infrastructure with full services such as telephone, television, and internet allows for direct international connections. Broadband internet (ADSL) is widely available and uses an underground cable system, ensuring high speed and stability.
- Drainage system: The drainage network is arranged along internal roads, ensuring efficient collection of all rainwater and wastewater generated from factories. The industrial park has a wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 6,500 m³/day.
- Internal transportation: The road system is well-planned and spacious, with the main axis having a width of 31m to 54m, and internal and access roads having a width of approximately 19.5m, facilitating the transportation of goods.
