Nguyen Duc Canh Industrial Park (Thai Binh) was established under Decision No. 1128/QD-TTg dated June 14, 2004 of the Prime Minister. Afterwards, the Department of Planning and Investment of Thai Binh province issued Investment Certificate No. 643/GP-DT dated August 2, 2004, and the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Thai Binh province issued Land Use Right Certificate No. 149/CNQSDD dated July 25, 2005.
On December 18, 2018, the People’s Committee of Thai Binh province issued Decision No. 2574/QD-UBND approving the detailed planning of Nguyen Duc Canh Industrial Park with a total area of 102 hectares, located in Phu Xuan commune and Tien Phong ward, Thai Binh city.
