1. Project overview and legal information
Hai Yen Industrial Park is located in Hai Yen Ward, Mong Cai City, Quang Ninh Province, approved by the Prime Minister to be established under Official Dispatch No. 1224/CP-CN dated December 8, 2003. On the same day, the People’s Committee of Quang Ninh Province approved the location for the Hai Yen Industrial – Urban and Service Park Project under Decision No. 422/QD-UB.
During the implementation process, the detailed construction plan at a scale of 1/2000 of the industrial park was adjusted twice, according to Decisions No. 1280/QD-UBND dated June 4, 2012 and No. 4009/QD-UBND dated November 29, 2016. After adjustments, the total planning area is currently 182.42 hectares, of which 130.92 hectares is industrial land available for lease, accounting for about 71.77% of the total area.
