On March 17, 2022, the People’s Committee of Bac Ninh province continued to approve the construction zoning plan at a scale of 1/2000 for this industrial park according to Decision No. 124/QD-UBND. Accordingly, the planning scale of Gia Binh Industrial Park is 306.69 hectares, of which 180.7 hectares of industrial land is available for lease.

The project is located in Dong Cuu, Lang Ngam and Dai Bai communes, Gia Binh district, Bac Ninh province – where the traffic system and technical infrastructure are favorable for industrial development.

Legally, the Prime Minister has approved the investment policy for the Gia Binh Industrial Park infrastructure construction and business project according to Decision No. 224/QD-TTg issued on February 22, 2021.

The project is invested by Bac Ninh Industrial Park Infrastructure Construction and Business Investment Company Limited – a member unit of CAPELLA LAND, one of the prestigious industrial infrastructure developers in Vietnam.

The total investment capital of the project is up to VND 2,578 billion, with a land use term of 50 years. Gia Binh Industrial Park was officially established on April 12, 2021 according to Decision No. 127/QD-UBND of the People’s Committee of Bac Ninh province.

All wastewater generated from production activities in Gia Binh Industrial Park will be collected and treated at a centralized wastewater treatment plant with a designed capacity of up to 8,000 m³/day and night.
