The project has a total investment capital of approximately VND 1,807.474 billion, of which the investor’s contribution is VND 271.121 billion. Spanning 288 hectares, the industrial park is being developed within the Van Phong Economic Zone.

The industrial park aims to attract industries such as metal processing, mechanical engineering, heavy machinery, manufacturing of equipment and machine parts, machinery for processing agricultural, forestry and aquatic products; manufacturing of electrical and electronic equipment, telecommunications, computers, office equipment, electronic components and mobile phones.
Human Resources:
By the end of 2023, Khanh Hoa province had approximately 692,825 people of working age. The province has a diverse training system including 6 universities, 7 colleges, 4 national research institutes, 9 vocational high schools, and 16 vocational training centers, capable of supplying human resources to businesses. The minimum wage in the Van Ninh and Ninh Hoa areas is currently around VND 3,640,000/month.
Currently, the Van Hung – Van Ninh area does not have many large industrial parks; therefore, the Doc Da Trang Industrial Park is expected to play a pioneering role, creating momentum to promote economic development for Van Ninh district in particular and Khanh Hoa province in general.
