The Cay Truong Industrial Park has been approved by the Binh Duong Provincial People’s Council with a 1/2,000 scale zoning plan according to Decision No. 42/QD-HĐND dated November 23, 2023. The project is scheduled for construction between 2022 and 2026, with infrastructure provision and leasing beginning from 2022 to 2030.

The Cay Truong Industrial Park has a total investment of over 5,459 billion VND, of which approximately 819 billion VND is equity capital and approximately 4,640 billion VND is mobilized capital. The project is planned on an area of 700 hectares, with land use rights extending until September 30, 2056. This industrial park is oriented towards development based on a model combining industry, agriculture, and ecosystems, creating a sustainable production space. When operational, the project is expected to create jobs for approximately 35,000 workers. The groundbreaking ceremony will be held on May 17, 2025, coinciding with the 135th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh’s birth (May 19, 1890).
