1. Project overview and legal information

The Northwest Cu Chi Industrial Park was developed in two phases. Phase 1 was established by Decision No. 405/TTg dated June 11, 1997, of the Prime Minister, with an initial scale of 215.7 hectares. Subsequently, according to Decision No. 3354/QD-UBND dated August 2, 2010, of the People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, the industrial park’s detailed planning (scale 1/2000) was adjusted, reducing the area to 208 hectares. Currently, this phase is fully occupied.

Phase 2 – the expanded Northwest Cu Chi Industrial Park – was approved for establishment by Decision No. 5058/QD-UBND dated October 2, 2012, of the People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, with an area of ​​173.24 hectares.

  • Power Supply System:
    The power supply is provided with a large capacity of 2×40 MVA, voltage 110/35/22 kV, ensuring stable and continuous operation, effectively meeting the production and living needs of the industrial park.
  • Water Supply System:
    Currently, water is extracted from 8 boreholes with a total capacity of approximately 3,200 m³/day. In the future, the industrial park plans to add 2 more boreholes and build a water treatment plant in the North, increasing the total capacity to approximately 6,000 m³/day, using surface water from the East Canal.
  • Waste Treatment System:
    Currently, the treatment system has a capacity of approximately 5,000 m³/day. During the expansion phase, the industrial park will build a centralized waste collection area with an area of ​​approximately 1,000 m² in the Northwest area, ensuring proper sorting and treatment in accordance with environmental regulations.
  • Support Services:
    We offer a variety of services such as fuel and gas supply, warehousing, container transportation, and many other services to meet the needs of investors.
  • Internal Amenities:
    The industrial park is also fully equipped with amenities such as a medical station, a fire fighting system with specialized vehicles, a sports and park area, a post office, and a bank, contributing to meeting the working and living needs of employees.
