  • Wastewater treatment fee: 0.28 USD/m³

3. Geographical location of Ong Keo Industrial Park

The Ong Keo Industrial Park is located within the future Nhon Trach urban development plan, adjacent to Ho Chi Minh City and possessing significant transportation advantages, especially waterways. This location is ideal for industries, construction, and services requiring on-site port facilities.

The project is situated next to the Long Tau River and has been planned by the Ministry of Transport with a dedicated port system capable of receiving vessels from 10,000 to 30,000 tons, along with a general cargo port serving vessels of similar tonnage. The industrial park’s leased land area is approximately 535.3 hectares, accounting for 65% of the total area. Notably, the Ong Keo Industrial Park is only about 400 meters from Ong Keo Port – a port primarily serving the transportation of coal by waterway from Indonesia, Australia, and many other countries, with a cargo throughput of nearly 9.5 million tons per year.

Distance to connectivity:

  • Distance from the center of Ho Chi Minh City… Ho Chi Minh City is approximately 15 km away.
  • Tan Son Nhat Airport is approximately 20 km away.
  • Bien Hoa City is approximately 55 km away.
  • Vung Tau City is approximately 55 km away.
  • Long Thanh International Airport is approximately 15 km away.
  • Go Dau Port and Thi Vai – Phuoc An Port are approximately 25 km away.
  • Cat Lai Port is approximately 12 km away.

From the industrial park, it is easy to connect to major industrial parks in Nhon Trach and Long Thanh such as Long Thanh Industrial Park, Amata Long Thanh, Phuoc Binh… Furthermore, thanks to the Dong Nai River system and nearby ports, water transport of goods is very convenient.

In addition, a 5.5 km connecting road to Ong Keo Industrial Park, with a total investment of over 816 billion VND, is being prepared for implementation. This road starts at the intersection with Hung Vuong Road (formerly Huong Lo 19) and ends directly into the industrial park, contributing to the completion of transportation infrastructure and improving the project’s connectivity.

4. Infrastructure system

Roads within Ong Keo Industrial Zone

Ong Keo Industrial Park boasts a comprehensive and modern infrastructure system, effectively meeting the operational needs of businesses:

  • Internal Transportation:
The transportation system is scientifically planned, ensuring convenient traffic flow throughout the park. Specifically, the main arterial roads have a width of 40 meters with 4 lanes, while the branch roads are 22 meters wide with 2 lanes. All internal roads are constructed using asphalt concrete according to national standards and are equipped with a complete high-pressure lighting system, ensuring safety and aesthetics.
  • Power Supply System:
Electricity is supplied from a 110/35/22KV transformer substation, with a high-voltage power grid distributed along internal roads, ensuring stable power supply for the entire industrial park.
  • Water Supply System:
Clean water is supplied from a water treatment plant with a capacity of approximately 30,000 m³/day, leading to the factory fences via a pipeline system meeting international standards.
  • Wastewater Treatment System:
Wastewater is collected and treated centrally at the industrial park’s wastewater treatment plant, meeting Class A standards according to QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT regulations before being discharged into the environment. The plant has a treatment capacity of approximately 2,900 m³/day.
  • Environmental Management:
Solid waste is collected, sorted, and transported out of the industrial park by contracted businesses in accordance with regulations, minimizing environmental impact. At the same time, emissions from the factories are treated through a standard filtration system before being released into the environment.
  • Fire Protection System:
The fire protection system is fully invested in, ensuring compliance with safety standards and readiness to respond in case of an incident.
  • Telecommunications System:
The industrial park is equipped with a modern underground telecommunications cable system, directly connecting to each factory. Through the postal and telecommunications network, the industrial park fully meets communication needs such as internal telephone systems, international calls, online conferencing, leased lines, high-speed internet, and other communication services.
